USE THE FORM BELOW TO SIGN UP!
Step 1 - make sure you are a paid member of the Kapunda Football Club. This will cost $100 for most people, (or $30 if you are already a KCC, KNC or KTC member and don't wish to get an entry ticket into the football for 2023)
Sponsors and life members can skip step 1
Step 2 - fill in the form, which asks some brief questions about your general health
Step 3 - select a payment plan. Either $280 for 1 year subscription or $80 for 3 months
Step 4 - sign and submit the form which will take you to our payment portal. Enter your credit card details and you are done! Your fob or swipe card will be available within 48 hours. Your subscription will then start and you are ready to go!
